Shipping/Handling is based on total dollars ordered, please see chart below for shipment within the U.S.A. and APO addresses. Items ordered together may not always ship together. However, you are only billed a one time shipping charge per order, billed with the first shipment.

Orders placed prior to 1pm EST, are normally processed the same day. In-stock items (not held), usually ship that day or the next, excluding weekends and holidays.
For Monogram Items, Please call customer service at 1-800-375-6002 or email at to provide Name(s)/Initial(s)and letter style. Name can only be a maximum of 11 letters/spaces (infant maximum 9).
Initial Monogram: enter First, Middle and Last initials and underline the last name initial. If name is SUE ANN WILLS, enter SAW. The last name will become the enlarged middle letter if script style is chosen. Indicate block or script letter style. Sorry, Monogrammed items are not returnable. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
"Back ordered" items are temporarily out of stock waiting to be replenished. They will be sent as soon as they become available at no additional shipping charge. Please be assured that we do our best to keep the shipping dates as accurate as possible, but in rare instances we may experience delays beyond those dates originally quoted. If there is a delay beyond 30 days, you will be contacted.
"Held" Items are in-stock items, held in our warehouse until coordinating back ordered outfits and/or accessories arrive to ship together. You may release this hold, if desired, by requesting us to do so. (Call 1-800-375-6003). Items are not billed until shipped.

Gift Wrap - $4.00 per item, please indicate occasion and we will select the appropriate wrap. If you would like us to attach a Gift Message Card (no cost), please indicate message per item. If you are sending merchandise as a gift, you will receive notification that it has been sent.

Gift Certificates – Item #R0200. Please indicate the amount, the recipient’s name and address, and our Gift Certificate will arrive along with our catalog. If you would like a gift message card, please indicate message to enclose.

View both our Collections and when you see an item you like, select a size from the drop down and press the "add" button. Your shopping bag will show the number of items selected. Continue shopping. When you are finished, click on the Wooden Soldier shopping bag in the upper right hand corner, to view and confirm your selection. After making any changes, click on "Checkout" to finish.

We pride ourselves on offering merchandise of the highest quality. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it promptly, in its original condition, and we will gladly exchange the item or refund the original method of payment, whichever you prefer.
If you wish to return your purchase, please return it promptly, in its original condition. Please fill in the reverse side of your packing slip labeled "Merchandise Return". Please note the reason for the return. It helps us uphold our quality standards. Tear off and attach the shipping label provided. Be sure to place the proper address facing out. Ship it prepaid and insured.

We will credit the original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Refunds are usually posted to your credit card within 2-3 days of receipt of returned goods, but may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. There will be no additional shipping charge for sending size exchanges back to you if shipped within the U.S.A.
